Maria Julieta Lombardelli is a doctoral student in arts as well as an artist and multimedia teacher. She is a professor and licensed in multimedia design at the National University of La Plata.
She studies the intersections between art, science and technology from the field of gamification. As an artist she makes productions and participated in numerous exhibitions with transdisciplinary installations. She is currently doing research work at LIFIA (Advanced Informatics Laboratory), Faculty of Informatics, UNLP La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and at the Science and Technology Department, UNQ Bernal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She is also a high school principal, Nueva Escuela Argentina School, La Plata, Argentina as well as a coordinator of Pedagogical Innovation at Nueva Escuela Argentina, La Plata. At UNQ she teaches Introduction to videogame development in the Computer Science degree program.
