• Pia Spangenberger

    Pia Spangenberger studied economics in Cologne and New York. In 2016, she received her Doctor of Philosophy in vocational education at the Technical University of Berlin on the subject of sustainability and the career choice of women. Her research focuses on career choice and its aspects of gender equality, sustainability values and and the effects of digital media, especially serious games. In 2015, she initiated the serious game “Serena Supergreen”, which she is currently evaluating on career orientation effects at TU Berlin together with TU Dresden. The serious game pursues the goal to foster specifically young women´s interest in technology associated professions.
